How to Register a Student?
For our partners, we prefer that students receive their visas before you send us a payment. If students do not receive the visa, we ask that you pay the Registration Fee and Homestay Placement Fee (if required) to us.
How do I register a student? There are 5 easy steps to register:
Once the visa is approved, please inform us immediately. If it is not approved, then you must send us a “Letter of Refusal” issued by the Canadian Embassy before we can process any refund.
To pay your Registration Fees, Tuition and Homestay Fees, you can send money by wire transfer to the following bank account:

We only accept Canadian dollar payments. When sending payment by wire transfer, we ask that you please fax or email us a copy of the wire transfer receipt. Upon receipt of your payment, we will issue a Letter of Acceptance for the visa.
Please note, that homestay accommodation cannot be sent until the visa has been approved and full payment is made.
What are the start dates for your school?
Students can start any Monday.
How fast can you process an application?
It takes on average 1 to 2 business days to process an application form.
When are the fee due?
The fees are due at least 15 days before the arrival of the student if they are from overseas. If it is a local student, the fees are due anytime before the start of the program.
Do students have to purchase Connect's medical insurance?
No. But students must travel with medical insurance. They must show Connect staff on the first day and we will make a copy of their insurance.
Do students have to take a test before they start?
Yes! Students must complete our Online Test before your first day. We will send you a link and a password for the test. On the first day, students must complete a Speaking Test.
Can students take a test before they register?
Yes. If you would like us to give advice about how long a student should study, we are happy to help. Just let us know.
How much is the Registration Fee?
The Registration Fee is $125 CDN and must be paid to secure a place in our program. The rest of the fees must be paid before you arrive.
How do I pay the fees?
You can pay by bank transfer, credit card or money order. Payment by credit card is the fastest method to secure a place at our school. We can process credit cards through PayPal.
